• “Company,” “we,” “us,”** or **”our”** refers to Gorilla Quest Africa.
• “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity booking or using our services.
• “Services” refers to the tour packages, safaris, accommodations, and other travel-related services provided by us.

1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us, along with the necessary payment details.

2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Final Payment: The balance must be paid in full 45 days before the start of your tour. or depending our agreement with the client. Failure to make the final payment or a personal agreement with us may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Payment Methods: We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.].

1. Client-Initiated Changes: If you request changes to your itinerary after booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, additional charges may apply, and changes are subject to availability.

2. Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in local conditions, weather, or wildlife movements. In such cases, we will provide an alternative arrangement of equal or greater value.

• We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on your tour. Your insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, trip cancellation, loss of luggage, and any other unforeseen circumstances. Gorilla Quest Africa will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your failure to secure adequate insurance coverage.

1. Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in the tour. Some tours may require specific vaccinations or health precautions, which you should obtain in advance.

2. Safety: Your safety is our top priority. However, by booking with us, you acknowledge that certain activities, such as wildlife safaris and trekking, carry inherent risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and to act responsibly during the tour.

• It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. We will provide guidance on visa requirements, but it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with entry regulations for Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.

1. Limited Liability: Gorilla Quest Africa will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the actions or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

2. Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government actions.

3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Gorilla Quest Africa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or your actions during the tour.
